Happy Summer folks! We're off to a great start and we're really excited
about the warm air and the sun shinning over Cville these next few months...
We're really excited to get back to FloydFest this year, though we'll
be doing a small workshop only this year, so make sure you find out exactly
what time we'll be there and which stage... We also just said goodbye
to yet another venue here in our town of Charlottesville, The Satellite
Ballroom. Though the last night we went out with a bang with help from
fellow musicians Shannon Worrell, Sarah White, Jim Waive, Acoustic Groove
Trio, Helen Horal, and more... It was a very fun, but sad night... as
for what else, come check out this year's Festival
of the Photograph, we'll be playing their grand finale @ The Charlottesville
Pavilion on June 14th, hope to see you there!

As the rain comes and goes here in C-Ville, so do we!... We took a LONG
break through the winter to get crackin' at our new record which is going
really well, then we randomly did a few shows here and there. It was a
bit scary for us as it wasn't in our normal routine like the past few
years before we took a pause, but it was wonderful to play live again.
We had a BLAST at The Gravity Lounge on the 20th. There was so much energy
it was explosive! RobinElla was great as usual and it was a real treat
to hear Morwenna sitting in with her. Go HERE

As for our next show, we'll be teaming up with West African influenced band, Toubab Krewe once again at the Satellite Ballroom in Cville on May 9th. This will be our first and one of our last shows there as the venue's lease has run up and will be soon replaced by a big CVS... come on out to see us ROCK!

Hey Everyone!
Yes yes yes, it has been a LONG LONG Minute... Where have we been you
ask? answer is... in our not so small anymore, always growing Charlottesville,
VA working on our next CD... We are very very excited to say that this
record definitely shows what we've been up to as of late and we can't
wait for you to hear it when it's truly finished. There will be many surprises
and hopefully a release for this coming late Spring or Early summer, but
who knows right? If you can't wait that long and you need a quick fix

Holidays Everyone! We hope that 2007 is coming to a nice close for all
of you. Eventhough this year was one of our biggest years, we're thrilled
to get into 2008! We're currently hard at work on the new disc and we
are so excited about it. We can't wait for you all to hear everything
we've been wanting to create since Etopia!
We've been doing some basic tracking at our friend, Dave Stipe's home
studio - Little Rhodie Productions in Crozet, VA. We are really
pleased to be with working with him as he has a great attitude and an
awesome energy about him to help us make our next record something we're
going to be very proud of. There'll be a bunch of exciting news coming
after the holidays and we might not post any updates until after the
New Year, so please have a wonderful and safe rest of your holidays!

Hey
ya'all! Happy soon to be fall. We've had a great great summer and are
really excited for fall to come. We're going to continue touring through
Oct. then we'll be on a hiatus until the spring so we can actually finish
this long awaited 2nd disc of ours. We're very pleased with this new
venture, and we've known it has been taking a while, but it is very
worth the wait, we promise. Check out some of the pics from these past
few months on the photos page. We had a great
time playing at Rhythm & Roots in Bristol, TN/VA, a side-stage for
the DMB guys in Raleigh, NC, and not to mention Floydfest! What a summer...
hope to see ya'all at the next few shows before we hibernate for the
